Web Designer

Our expectations:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a web designer, preferably in the IT sector

• English: Intermediate level — you can easily communicate and understand tasks

• Tools: Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Artificial intelligence: Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Unbounce, etc.) to enhance work efficiency

• Attention to detail: Immersion in product context and user experience study is essential!

• Layout skills: Ability to create book/magazine materials, eBooks, and design systems

• Creativity and problem solving: You can find unconventional solutions and approach tasks creatively

• Trends: You stay current on the latest design trends and are eager to learn

• Feedback: You take feedback calmly and strive for growth

• Additional skills: Knowledge of After Effects and Blender is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Developing unique design concepts and layouts for websites that align with our brand book

• Improving the usability of existing components — your input is important!

• Creating structure and hierarchy for design elements, emphasizing key aspects for maximum impact

• Preparing clickable prototypes for user interaction

• Designing text materials, illustrations, infographics, and flowcharts for our website and social media

• Developing concepts for merchandise, promotional materials, and presentations

• Layouts for eBooks, checklists, and brochures

• Supporting and expanding our design system

• Prepress file preparation for printing
